Wilderness Trail Festival Sponsorships
Thank you for considering a sponsorship of the Wilderness Trail Festival. Festival sponsorships are one of the most direct ways to invest in children and youth in Christiansburg—because all festival proceeds directly support Kiwanis youth-focused programs.

When you become a Kiwanis Wilderness Trail Festival Sponsor, you are pledging your support not only to the Kiwanis Club of Christiansburg and the Wilderness Trail Festival, but to support each of the programs below. All festival proceeds directly support the youth of Christiansburg.

How to Become a Sponsor
- Select your sponsorship level below.
- Complete the sponsor application form.
- Submit your logo (if applicable) and any banner details.
- A Kiwanis representative will confirm placement and next steps.
Tip: Top-tier sponsorships are limited. If you’re interested in Title, Children’s Area, or Entertainment sponsorships, we recommend applying early.

Title Sponsor — $4,500

Children’s Area Sponsor — $2,500

- Your supplied banner with your Company Logo and/or Name displayed in the Children’s Area.
- Premium booth placement in the Children’s Area.
- Your Company Logo prominently posted on the festival website.
- Your Company Name featured in certain media outlets associated with the festival.
- Your Company Logo on 1,500+ flyers and 100 posters distributed throughout the New River Valley.
- Your Company Logo featured on signs throughout the festival area.
Entertainment Area Sponsor — $2,500
(Two available — Main Stage & Music Stage)
- Your supplied banner with your Company Logo and/or Name displayed on the Main Entertainment Stage.
- Premium booth placement in the Entertainment Area.
- Your Company Logo prominently posted on the festival website.
- Your Company Name featured in certain media outlets associated with the festival.

Platinum Sponsor — $1,000
