Thank you for supporting the Kiwanis Wilderness Trail Festival. Please complete the sign-up form below. After submission, our team will follow up to confirm your sponsorship level, booth needs (if requested), and next steps.

Ways to Sign Up

  • Online: Complete the sign-up form on this page.
  • Print & mail: Download a PDF, complete it, and mail it to the address below.
  • At the festival: We accept sponsor sign-up forms at the festival for the following year and offer a reduced fee for early sign-ups.

Logo submission: Please email both a low-resolution (web) logo and a high-resolution logo to wildernesstrailfestival@gmail.com. We will scale your logo while maintaining its original ratio. Our goal is consistent sizing within each sponsorship level, though some logos may appear larger/smaller due to aspect ratio. We reserve the right to make final decisions for all festival materials.

Important Deciding Facts

  • Canopy size: Must be 10×10’.
  • Rain policy: The Kiwanis Wilderness Trail Festival will go on rain or shine—there is no rain date. No refunds will be given for bad weather.
  • Removal from festival: If unapproved items are found at your space, you may be removed without a refund.
  • Cancellation policy: No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations.
  • Other: The Kiwanis Club of Christiansburg and the Kiwanis Wilderness Trail Festival Planning Committee may update, change, or re-design the festival layout as needed. Top Level Festival Sponsors may be placed throughout the festival layout and may not be required to follow the same guidelines as Handcrafted by YOU, Non-Profit/Business Displays, or Food Vendors.
  • Booth space: All spaces are first come, first served.
