Business Displays
Space: 10’ deep × 10’ wide canopy
- $100 before August 14 (no refunds)
- $115 after August 14 (no refunds)
Required: A full description of what you plan to do/display must be attached for approval.
“Handcrafted by YOU” Arts & Crafts
Space: 10’ deep × 13’ wide
- $75 before August 14 (no refunds)
- $90 after August 14 (no refunds)
Important: Items must be handcrafted by the applicant/vendor and pre-approved. Photos and detailed descriptions are required.
Non-Profits
Space: 10’ deep × 10’ wide canopy (must be 501(c)(3))
- $75 before August 14 (no refunds)
- $90 after August 14 (no refunds)
Required: Proof of 501(c)(3) status must be included.
Important Guidelines (Summary)
- Canopy size: Must be 10’×10’.
- Clean-up: Your space must be clean at departure. No boxes/containers/debris may be left on site.
- No utilities provided: No electrical outlets, tables, tents, or water are provided.
- Rain policy: Rain or shine. No refunds for bad weather.
- Removal: Unapproved items may result in removal without refund.
- Cancellation: No refunds for cancelled reservations.
- Layout changes: The Festival may update/redesign layout as needed; sponsors may be placed throughout.
